A French Louis XV period small ormolu and cut crystal chandelier circa 1760-1770
An elegant Louis XV period ormolu chandelier with a beautiful cut crystal decoration in white and smoke colors, composed of superb central threading, six daggers on the periphery, large plates, numerous stars, and rosettes. Our chandelier ends with a cut crystal piece.
The chandelier is illuminated by six peripheral arms of light.

In excellent condition. The chandelier has been cleaned and retains some of its original gilding. Fitted with an electrified opaline candle system to European standards, and works with American standards with a small adapter (on request).
