An exceptional and elegant Louis XV period chandelier in bronze, formerly gilded (still partly in its original gilding), featuring an incredible and rich cut crystal decoration, mostly smoked, with a superb central threading, twelve daggers on the periphery, large plaques, numerous stars and rosettes. Our chandelier ends with a large blown-crystal ball.

 

The chandelier is illuminated by eight peripheral arms of light.

In excellent condition. The chandelier has been cleaned and retains some of its original gilding. Fitted with an electrified opaline candle system to European standards, and works with American standards with a small adapter (on request).
