Mirror in openwork wood carved and gilded Italian work of the mid-18th century circa 1750
Coming from a Roman Palace in Ponzano, a beautiful and sophisticated mirror in carved wood, openwork, and gilded with gold leaf. It is decorated with intertwined ribbons, acanthus leaves, and garlands of roses. The pediment of foliage and pomegranate burst. The mirror rests on goat feet.
